Dr. John Levin passed away in 2011. But he left behind a manuscript (fictionalised) about his esperiences as an intern and resident at Philadelphia General Hospital ("Old Blockley"). John was a gifted physician, but not a polished writer. The manuscript was raw. Other than cleaning up some obvious typos, it has not been edited for style, grammar, or medical terminology.
